Côté technique :

L’assistance à l’ouverture des trappes est réalisée grâce à des ressorts de torsion coaxiaux à l’articulation du vantail. Ce système d’assistance permet l’ouverture et la fermeture des trappes sans danger, ni effort inconsidéré en compensant le poids du vantail. Il est constitué de :

Un ou plusieurs blocs ressorts selon les dimensions de la trappe, positionnés autour des axes de rotation du vantail. Ces ressorts sont facilement démontables.

Un dispositif de blocage automatique du vantail est prévu en position ouverte, c’est un verrou inox à rappel par ressort.

Un système de verrouillage de la trappe fermée. Il est conçu pour permettre la fermeture automatique et systématique de la trappe par simple claquage.
Ce système peut être prévu coupe-feu en toutes dimensions.

La trappe peut être à remplissage (béton, pavés etc.) pour une parfaite dissimulation ou intégration dans l’environnement urbain.
